How a strong value proposition can significantly increase your sales

The value proposition should clearly articulate the value that is delivered to your customers. It must encapsulate exactly why prospects should choose to specifically buy from you and not your competitors.

  • 3. Lack of customer focus

It may seem obvious but the better you know your customers, the more you understand their pain points, fears and business goals. That knowledge of the customer doesn’t sit in one part of the business, it typically cuts across different business functions. Harnessing this knowledge of the customer and embedding the voice of the customer in the value proposition process is a critical success factor.
