I’m Ray Clarke. I am a highly focused, commercially astute leader.
I originally graduated as an Engineer, which means I am analytical and understand technology and systems. With a natural instinct for the commercial side of the business I undertook a Postgraduate qualification in Marketing. That brought a valuable understanding of customer buying behaviour and the psychology of sales and marketing. As a result, I bring a unique capability of bridging the gap between sales, marketing, product/service and customers.
I honed my strategic skills and experience by developing and adapting valuable frameworks and tools to help businesses to plan for growth. Most importantly I developed the ability to translate strategic direction into practical tactical actions that will deliver results.
The best way I can do that for other businesses is as a Fractional Chief Growth Officer (CGO) working with the leadership team to make the changes that unlock growth. I focus on fixing the system that drives revenue – not adding more activity.
